I was in this store some time ago needing to rehabilitate a chip with area code 44 because I had an accident and lost the chip. The attendant immediately said that it was IMPOSSIBLE to carry out such a service and that I would have to have a DDD number 27. I questioned it as I had already carried out the same procedure in another store in Vila Velha. The same person, with an air of indifference, said that I was lying. Well, I went to another store in this case in Vila Velha, in less than 5 minutes I was attended to and the number rehabilitated. Perhaps because he was wearing flip-flop shorts and a simple t-shirt, he made light of it.
I bought a new cell phone and went to unlock the esim card (which is a free service offered by vivo) at VIVO in Reta da Penha, I was assisted by Jamile, so far so good!
Until I discovered that I could only use my cell phone if I changed my plan, which nowadays is the control. Nowadays I pay 52.00 and Jamile and her manager wanted me to double my plan to 150.00! And he even tried to sell me Spotify and another stream that I already have.
What a misfortune to have gone there! I didn't decide what I wanted and I had to go to the mall and there I managed to solve it without any stress. I will never go back to VIVO DA RETA DA PENHA!
Terrible aftercare. If you call technical assistance, you are never answered. 3 days without internet and I can't talk to a human assistant. The application also does not work when you need to reset the password. Ultimately, it’s not worth the headache of hiring live.
